This is Scotty's second term working for the WORLDSPACE SATELLITE RADIO NETWORK. In the early 2000s, Scotty helped get UPOP on it's feet. Since UPOP is a "World Pop" station, this is not Scotty's first venture into the world of World Music.

Scotty began his radio career in college at WWVU-FM as the Jazz Program Director. Since then he has worked in Classic Rock, New Rock, Top 40 and Blues radio stations. He also spent 10 years as a top nightclub and rave DJ in New Orleans and Atlanta.

Scotty is married and has a little girl. He loves discovering new music, traveling to new places and eating new things. His favorite World Zone artists are Manu Choa, Max De Castro, Aterciopelados and Angelique Kidjo. Scotty loves sushi!
