Our friends at the KENNEDY CENTER MILLENIUM STAGE in downtown Washington DC put on a great little island themed World Music Event. The DC METRO WORLD MUSIC FESTIVAL featured PLUNKY AND ONENESS, SHAGGY, THE SKATALITES, JIMMY CLIFF and WYCLEF JEAN. These were some hot performances on a very hot Tuesday afternoon. It was a little slice of the island life. Best of all, like all events at THE MILLENIUM STAGE, it was absolutley FREE!
