2007 LIVE EARTH CONCERTS

WorldSpace Satellite Radio brought the 2007 Live Earth Concert to the entire planet. Live Earth was a 24-hour concert series held on all seven continents on July 7th 2007. Concerts were held in the US, the UK, China, Brazil, Australia, Japan and South Africa. The goal of this worldwide music event was to focus on the dangers of global warming and other "Green" issues. The South Africa line-up was great for World Music fans...Angelique Kidjo, Baaba Maal, Danny K, Joss Stone, The Parlotones, The Soweto Gospel Choir, UB40, Vusi Mahlasela, Zola. Live Earth South Africa was held at The Coca-Cola Dome .
