Live Earth 2007

WorldSpace Satellite Radio is bringing the 2007 Live Earth Concert to the entire planet. Live Earth is a 24-hour concert series held on all seven continents on July 7th 2007. Concerts will be held in the US, the UK, China, Brazil, Australia, Japan and South Africa. The goal of this worldwide music event is to focus on the dangers of global warming and other "Green" issues. The South Africa line-up was announced today and it looks great for World Music fans! Schedule to perform are...Angelique Kidjo, Baaba Maal, Danny K, Joss Stone, The Parlotones, The Soweto Gospel Choir, UB40, Vusi Mahlasela, Zola. Live Earth South Africa will be held at Maropeng, the visitor center to the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site.
